The "Poggetto sul Lago" boasts a single living unit of approximately 30 sqm, which can host up to two people and an extra bed. Comfort, privacy and relax are therefore guaranteed for all the guests.
The living and sleeping areas are both in a wide open living space yet separated by an elegant partition. A modern and functional kitchen and a bathroom fully equipped with bath and shower complete the accommodation.
On the outside, our guests shall benefit from a large fenced garden offering a refreshing shade while enjoying a view of the lake. Relaxing and eating on the panoramic lookout allows an enchanting view of the hills surrounding Lake Bolsena as well as its two islands, Martana and Bisentina.

In the high season we offer a minimum stay of one week (from saturday to saturday). For stays longer than one week a cleaning service as well as clean sheets and towels shall be provided every week. Children up to 4 years will be our most welcomed guests. The rate for an extra bed is 30 Euros per night.
Low season (from Easter week to the end of october) € 700,00 for two people.
High season (june-july-august) € 800,00 for two people.

A € 250,00 deposit (not refundable) is required upon booking for every week. The Poggetto sul Lago is equipped with autonomus boiler, air-conditioning, a safe, television, linens and towels, a fridge, a microwave oven, electric hobs, kitchen accessories, a washing machine, a hair dryer, iron board and a bathroom with shower. On the outside our guests shall enjoy a gazebo with a table and chairs, decks, a barbecue, private parking and garden lights for the night. Animals are welcome subject to request.
On the northern end of Tuscia, bordering with Umbria and Tuscany, the Lake Bolsena boasts a surface of 114 square km, making it the largest volcanic lake in Europe. Its basin and nearby territory are listed as Sites of Communitary Relevance and Areas Specially Protected. Some of the most beautiful villages of the Province of Viterbo can be found on its banks, among the various Marta, where the "Poggetto sul Lago" is situated.
Our guests will have a chance to relax on the lake beaches, rent and book excursions on boats or spend their time visiting the numerous historical and naturalistic sites in the area, attracting thousands of tourists from all over Europe each year. Among the various activities we can list canoing, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, trekking, walks or bicycle rides, lake and river fishing, birdwatching, mushroom picking, excursions to Maremma, parks and natural reserves. The mysterious Etruscans with their necropolises used to live in the area, and their archeaological remains can be visited in the sites of Tuscania, Tarquinia and Vulci Last but not least, the local wines and food represent a true asset for the area, having a strong rural and fishing background.
Some of the top quality local products are the DOP extra-virgin olive oil of Canino, the DOC wine Cannaiola peculiar to the area of Marta and different types of fisheries such as Eels, Latterino and Coregone. Throughout the year, and especially in the summer months, local traditions and genuine recipes can be enjoyed while taking part to several events and fairs.
